An upscale hotel. Best hotel breakfast ever. Room was large and very nice. Most of the staff was very nice, friendly and accommodating. Lots of seating in the lobby. Security guards monitiring all entrances.

Conveniently located, plenty of shops and malls around. Good security excellent staff all around. Right from the entrance we were met with a friendly and lovely smile from security and Mahendra and Dheeraj and then during the whole stay from room service staff, to cafe/restaurant staff, chefs and reception every single person was there ready to help, invite and make us feel welcomed and cared for. My kids loved the stay, enjoyed the food and liked all the talks with everyone around. Thank you all for making our time there comfortable and special.

The hotel was very nice. Very helpful staff particularly with helping me with the needs of me and my Baby. Staff were very flexible and accomodating. We arrived very early hours of the morning after a long flight and delays at the airport so my baby was exhausted and very unsettled. The staff allowed my family to continue check in whilst they took me and the baby to the room to allow me to settle her. We appreciated this so much. Staff in the restaurant and reception were so helpful. The breakfast was very nice and varied. Room was very comfortable.

This is the best place to stay in Gurugram! The location is great (10 minutes from Ambience Mall), the facility is clean, comfortable, and the staff are super friendly! Karmveer at the front desk even upgraded me to a deluxe room for free! The food is delicious and offer very good value for money (I had dinner and buffet breakfast). Highly Recommended, for both business and family stay!
